Responsibilities :

Responsible for overall operation at the restaurant.
Create the best dining experience possible for customers.
Make sure that company represent correctly and company standards are upheld.
Optimize profit for the company.
Keep tabs on food cost, waste and employee hours.
Make sure staffs are trained on proper food preparation, proper and legal alcoholic beverage service kitchen safety techniques and understand health standards.
Setting work schedules.
Purchase food and stock.
Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in food service management or similar
At least 3 years of experience in the related field.
Age max 35 years old
Good communication in English language, Indonesia, and coordination ability.
Proven track record of successfully achieving business results
Familiar with Indonesian, chinese, western, and internationl cuisine
Good knowledge of latest dining trend
Well developed leadership and presentation skill
Proactive, enthusiastic, and creative
