We are reinforcing our Commercial Team and we are looking the following position:

MARKETING STAFF ( ANALYST )

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare Marketing / Sales survey to get market competition and customers demand in fiber cement business.
Collect and analyze data to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
Prepare reports of findings, illustrate data graphically and translate findings into written text.
Measure and assess customer satisfaction, the effectiveness of company’s marketing, advertising and communication programs/strategies.
Forecast and track marketing and sales trends of local market.
Screening the market for the new applications and products introduced by competitors to be reported regularly.
Assist the manager to design methodology for both In-house and outsourcing marketing research.
Assisting the manager in writing reports and analyzing data.
Identify, design & implementing research to be used in achieving research objective, for both market and consumer research
Conduct various research methods to search for market intelligence
Collecting regular market survey data from Sales Team
Briefing of research finding to the team, as marketing support, etc
REQUIREMENTS:

Male / Female 25 - 35 years old
Degree (S1) preferably Mathematics / Statistics, or any related background. Candidates from Economics/Managements/Civil Engineering with same positions are encouraged to apply
Min 3 years relevant experience in the same field / position is a must
Detail , good planner and good communication
Good computer literate, excellent in MS Office and other Statistical Software (e.g. QPS or SPSS or MiniTAB, etc)
Good knowledge of English
Knowledge of market research industry and experience in consumer research methodologies. Experience in building material company or FMCG will be an advantage
Willing to work in Gresik, East Java
